# Install: 3-Step Overview

## Step 1: [Copy Your MatchAgent Script](/messagematch-docs/getting-started/installation/1.-create-a-matchagent.md)

1. Log into your MessageMatch dashboard
2. Click "Create MatchAgent" or select an existing MatchAgent
3. Follow install instructions until the "Copy Script" button appears

## Step 2: [Paste the Script to Your Website](https://github.com/Technology-Fiancial-Solutions-LLC/messagematch/blob/master/docs/getting-started/installation/2.-platform-instructions)

Paste the copied script into your website's HTML. We recommend placing it in the HTML header, just before the closing tag (example below):

```html
<!-- Place this script before closing </body> tag -->
<script>
  window._evolveConfig = {
    widgetId: "your-widget-id",
    apiKey: "your-api-key"
  };
</script>
<script src="https://cdn.messagematch.ai/widget.main.js"></script>
</body>
```

Production uses **`https://cdn.messagematch.ai`**. Override with `NEXT_PUBLIC_WIDGET_CDN_URL` if you point the dashboard at another Worker host.

> Important: Always use the script from your dashboard—it contains your unique MatchAgent ID and API key!
